As part of Eric’s mission of Shape the World of Parenting, Eric has a mission to go to 100 organisations to share his learning that he has accumulated over the last 18 years with his wife. Eric strongly believes that when an employee have a better family relationships, it creates a positive impact on their work performance and productivity, ultimately leading to higher levels of job satisfaction and staff retention. This will also demonstrate that the organization cares about its employees’ well-being.
